Payment Date

The actual calendar date on which the transaction is processed and the corresponding amount is transferred to the merchant's account.

Pay On Date / Scheduled Date

A specific future date selected by the customer for initiating a payment. The customer has the option to revise or cancel this date as long as it is done before the transaction is executed.

User Registration and Information

Access to certain functionalities on the Seribiz Software Solutions platform may require the creation of an account, though general browsing does not require registration.

During the registration process, users must submit a valid email address, create a unique username, set a password, and provide any additional required information. The use of misleading, offensive, or inappropriate usernames—including those that impersonate known brands or individuals—is strictly prohibited.
